Radiation and radiation transfer; composition and distribution of the ISM (InterStellar Matter); observations in different wavelength regions; diagnostic by analysis of spectral lines; interstellar molecules; dust.
Conditions:
Knowledge of physics and mathematics, and of the Physics/B.Sc. module Einführung in die Astronomie und Astrophysik advised.
