The working meeting of the Prof. Sedlmayr's research group in the Center of Astronomy and Astrophysics (CAA) is for master students, PhD students, post docs, and other researchers to encourage the discussion and the exchange of information in the group.
Each member of the CAA should give a talk in the semester. The language is English for post-master students. Master students can present their work in German. The speaker decides which kind of talk he/she will give: a full seminar talk (ca. 1h), a test for a conference, right-from-the-desk talk, final talk of a master or PhD thesis etc.

Für die Arbeit des Zentrums interessante Kolloquien sind z.B.: Kolloquium des Sonderforschungsbereichs 555: Komplexe Nichtlineare Prozesse, Veranstaltungen der Physikalischen Gesellschaft zu Berlin e.V..
