From 25th to 27th September, the 11th Joint Workshop on High-Pressure, Planetary and Plasma Physics (HP4) is taking place in Rostock.
Over three days, subjects from the realms of high-energy physics, material properties under extreme conditions, and their applications in planet interior models are discussed.
This high-pressure science is very important because it informs a lot of what we know about processes in the deep interior of the planets we observe.
Of course, many current & former colleagues from the SPP 1992 are also here and present their works and take part in the discussions.
