This workshop is aimed at early stage researchers who want to improve the quality of their scientific papers and to write effective proposals (observing and funding) thus improving their chance of success.
The course will consist of lectures by senior researches who will share their experiences on writing and reviewing (un)successful proposal. Participants will receive training by writing sample proposals and participating in the peer review evaluation process.
Particpants from all science disciplines are welcome, but examples will be taken from astronomy.
There is no registration fee, but participants are required to register in order to receive information and link details for the course. Participants are encouraged to submit examples of proposals or short drafts of paper for discussion in an anonymous way.
